| NNDA is in the hilly
land and in the sub-tropical monsoon zone to the south
of the Tropic of Cancer with abundant sunshine and rainfall
but little frost and without snow. It is good for plant
growth. There is a saying that says, “ Grass keeps green
even in winter; flowers bloom even not in spring”. |

Within NNDA, the
infrastructures have realized “five-through and one-level”
including roads, water discharge (rainwater and sewage
water discharge), water supply, power supply, telecommunication
and cable TV, and leveled land.
Water supply: the capacity is 300,000ton/day, for drinking
and industrial uses.
Water discharge: The rainwater and sewage water are drained
separately through different pipes. The rainwater is drained
into the Yongjiang River and the wastewater is drained
into the Jiangnan Sewage Works after treatment.
