At the junction of the China—ASEAN
free trade area and the pan-delta economic circle of the Pearl
River, being one of the twelve western provinces enjoying the
preferential policies for the great development of the west
China, Guangxi is in the southwest of China, bordering Canton,
Hongkong and Macao on the east, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces
on the west, Vietnam on the southwest and facing the Beibu Bay
on the south, with an obvious advantage of location. Guangxi
is rich in power, water, minerals, agricultural products, Chinese
herbs, forest tourism resources. A convenient communication

Qinzhou and Fangcheng in the south. Air routes have been in
good service to Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and to other domestic

Nanning, the capital
of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is the region`s political,
economic, scientific and technological, cultural, informational
and financial center, the bridgehead to the ASEAN, and the western
center of the pan-delta economic circle of the Pearl River,
the pivotal city of the access to sea from the great southwest
of China.

with railways (from Hunan to Guangxi, Nanning to Kunming) and

Fangcheng, the three deepwater ports of Guangxi, 230km from
Pingxiang, 204km from Dongxing, the two cities on the Sino-Vietnamese
border.
